Don't ignore the signs of upcoming injuries.

We shouldn't feel good only for "today". It would be better to be healthy and prosperous and "tomorrow".  When we exceed our strength in our workouts -during  our training process -  instead of benefits we may create losses.

Excessive exercise is punishing and brings us back to the starting line.

A "healthy" comeback takes time,  and needs persistence and patience.  Don't ignore the signs of upcoming injuries. 
Our body always anticipates us...
